Magnolia & Sage was founded to assist Northwest Arkansas families with their day-to-day needs. While the company began by focusing on three core areas—family logistics, business assistance, and senior aging-in-place support—the service offerings have since expanded. The team now provides household management and errands for families, administrative and project coordination for small businesses, and lifestyle support for seniors. Additionally, services include assistance for remote clients, in-office business operations, travel coordination, and event planning, matching specific professionals to meet each client's requirements.
How much does a concierge assistant cost?
Our standard rate is $45- $65 per hour for personalized support and administrative assistance. We also offer tiered investment packages and retainer subscriptions. Contact us for a custom quote on larger projects.
What is family and lifestyle support?
Family and lifestyle support is personalized assistance for individuals, families, and seniors. It bridges the gap between professional and personal needs—from household organization and travel logistics to personal administration, errand running, and non-medical senior care. Think of it as having a trusted partner who can handle details.
Do you work with clients outside of Northwest Arkansas?
Yes. While we are based in Northwest Arkansas, we work with clients across the country for both administrative and lifestyle support engagements. Remote coordination and digital assistance are available depending on the scope of the project.
How quickly can you respond to a request?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST. For requests made outside of business hours, we will respond the following business day.
What happens if I need help on short notice?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. However, requests made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a last-minute surcharge. This reflects the additional coordination required to mobilize quickly and ensure your needs are met.
