Refund Policy

Payment & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Magnolia & Sage. Because our company provides personalized professional services, administrative support, and dedicated time blocks, our payment and refund policies are structured as follows:

  1. Service Fees and Hour Blocks

  • All sales are final. Payments made for service packages, monthly retainers, or individual hour blocks are non-refundable. Payments are due before or at the time of service.

  • Expiration: Purchased hours must be utilized within 45 days from the date of purchase, as stated in your signed service agreement. Unused hours after this 45-day window are non-refundable and do not roll over.

  1. Third-Party Purchases and Expenses

  • Any funds advanced or reimbursed for third-party purchases made on your behalf (such as event supplies, travel bookings, or personal errands) are strictly non-refundable through Magnolia & Sage. Any returns or refunds for those items are subject to the policies of the specific vendor or retailer.

  1. Late Fees and Failure to Pay

  • Invoice Due Dates: All invoices for hourly blocks, retainer renewals, or reimbursed expenses are due upon receipt or by the specific date stated on the invoice.

  • Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 7 days from the due date will incur a 10% late fee to cover administrative overhead.

  • Suspension of Services: If an invoice remains unpaid past the late fee grace period, all current services, ongoing project coordination, and scheduled team assignments will be immediately paused.

  • Collection of Outstanding Balances: Services will not resume until the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, is paid in full. Magnolia & Sage reserves the right to permanently terminate the client relationship on past due accounts.

  1. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If a service provided by our team does not meet the standards outlined in your agreement, please contact us within 48 hours of the service delivery. We will work diligently with you to review the issue and, if appropriate, correct the service or adjust future hours accordingly.

  1. Cancellation and Termination

  • Notice of contract termination or changes to recurring service tiers must be submitted in writing according to the timeline specified in your individual client agreement.
