Meet Allison Curtis

Owner, Magnolia and Sage Concierge, NWA personal assistant family assistant

Hi, I’m Allison, the founder of Magnolia & Sage. As a mother who raised three children in NWA while earning my graduate degrees and building a career in program management, I have a deep heart for supporting families and local businesses. I genuinely love helping people, reducing mental load, and bringing structure and peace back to busy lives. Today, I lead a dedicated team of capable concierges who share this exact mission—allowing us to expand our reach and serve even more homes and offices across our community. With over 15 years of experience spanning family care, community health, household operations, and business management, I personally oversee our operations to ensure our team brings a calm, capable presence to your space. My Master’s background in Recreation & Sport Management (with an emphasis in Community Health and Wellness) is backed by certifications in nutrition and food safety in the State of Arkansas, birth and postpartum doula support through DONA, and emergency response as a first responder and lifeguard. Additionally, my background in program and business management makes our agency a deeply trusted partner for your executive and administrative needs. I am also certified in mindset coaching through Wild Success and a graduate of the Concierge Academy training program.

Hi, I’m Maddie! As a dedicated concierge with Magnolia & Sage, I bring a strong background in administrative support, personal assistance, family logistics, and church administration to our team. I have a deep passion for supporting women and families, and I genuinely love stepping into a space to lighten burdens and bring a warm  presence to daily life. I firmly believe in "second-mile service"—the idea that going above and beyond with kindness, positivity, and care can completely transform someone’s day. Whether I’m coordinating  family logistics, handling household management, or stepping in with quick, resourceful problem-solving during high-priority moments, I am committed to making sure every detail is handled with heart. Outside of my caregiving and administrative work, I am a passionate vocalist—an achievement that led to taking first chair in All-Region choir, placing at the state level, and earning a music scholarship to the University of Arkansas. I am so proud to be part of a team that cares so deeply for Northwest Arkansas, and I look forward to bringing peace of mind and exceptional care to your home or business!
