Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Magnolia & Sage. By accessing our website, purchasing our service packages, or engaging our team for services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Scope of Services

Magnolia & Sage provides customized professional services, including but not limited to family logistics, business administrative assistance, project coordination, travel and event planning, and senior lifestyle support. Services are performed by professionals carefully matched to meet your unique requirements.

  2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients must provide accurate information, timely access to necessary accounts or physical spaces (if applicable), and clear instructions for tasks. Magnolia & Sage is not liable for service delays or errors resulting from a client’s failure to provide sufficient information or access.

  3. Payment, Late Fees, and Expiration

  • Invoice Due Dates: All invoices for hourly blocks, retainer renewals, or reimbursed expenses are due upon receipt or by the specific date stated on the invoice.

  • Late Fees: Invoices unpaid after 7 days from the due date will incur a 5% late fee to cover administrative overhead.

  • Suspension of Services: If an invoice remains unpaid past the late fee grace period, all current services, ongoing project coordination, and scheduled team assignments will be immediately paused.

  • Collection of Outstanding Balances: Services will not resume until the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, is paid in full. Magnolia & Sage reserves the right to permanently terminate the client relationship if accounts remain past due for more than 30 days.

  • Hour Expiration: Purchased service hours must be utilized within 45 days from the date of purchase, as stated in your signed service agreement. Unused hours after this 45-day window are non-refundable and do not roll over.

  1. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Payments made for service packages, monthly retainers, or individual hour blocks are non-refundable.

  • Any funds advanced or reimbursed for third-party purchases made on your behalf (such as event supplies, travel bookings, or personal errands) are strictly non-refundable through Magnolia & Sage. Any returns or refunds for those items are subject to the policies of the specific vendor or retailer.

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy

Magnolia & Sage values your privacy. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, proprietary, business, and financial information shared with our team during the course of our engagement. We will not sell, trade, or share your confidential information with outside parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  2. Limitation of Liability

Magnolia & Sage and its team members work diligently to provide high-quality support. However, Magnolia & Sage shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the performance of services, third-party vendor delays, or the use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

  3. Termination of Services

  • Notice of contract termination or changes to recurring service tiers must be submitted in writing according to the timeline specified in your individual client agreement.

  • Magnolia & Sage reserves the right to permanently terminate the client relationship if accounts remain past due for more than 30 days, or in the event of abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
